Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email with your badge to the email address provided. Please bring this badge with you when you arrive to the venue (either printed or on your phone) to get your badge.
If you have not receive this, please go to the registration help desk where our staff will be able to help you.
You can register to attend TOC Americas once you arrive, however, pre-registering in advance is highly recommended to make sure your entrance to the event is as easy and secure as possible.
You might have to wait in queue and your access to the exhibition and content sessions will be delayed if you are not registered on our systems and do not have a badge at your arrival.
Please download your voucher which you received upon registration on-line and remember to bring this with you to the registration area to get your badge printed on site.

If you require a visa letter to enter Panama, you can apply using the visa letter application form.
Please note the application form for visa letters is only available to those who have registered for the event already. For this, you will need your 'Unique Registration Key' that will have been included within your confirmation email upon registration.
TOC Worldwide does not provide visas and that you must apply through the relevant embassy.

As a purpose-built world-class conference venue, the Panama Convention Center has incorporated all legislative requirements for accessibility into the design of the building and for the comfort of all.
There are parking spaces available at the venue. These are accessible from General Juan D. Perón Street, as well as from the main pedestrian street in Amador.
The venue has 4 parking areas, 3 outdoors and one indoors with direct access to the Banquet room. With availability of self-service and capacity for more than 1,700 spaces, accessible from General Juan D. Perón Street, as well as from the main pedestrian street in Amador.
The Panama Convention Center offers buses specific parking.
